It has been a strong year for Aleksander Schjerpen and his Ginetta G50 GT4 this year.
A lot of podiums and strong races summarizes this year for ATS-Racing team.
Last week Aleks was invited to test the new GT4 car for Ginetta. The car is a G55 model.
The test was at legendary Donington Park in England, and the test day started with a damp track. Aleks went out on wet tires and quickly found the pace in the new car.
After his first outing-“No doubt, the car is more balanced and really forgiving on the wet tires”
After a while the track started to dry up and Aleks got a lot of track time on the slick tires after lunch.
He found the rhythm of the track and was very quick, and showed great potential in front of the Ginetta factory.
-“The car was great to drive! I manage to find a good pace in the car very quickly, and could just push on from there. The track was amazing, both in wet and dry conditions. To summarize the day, I’ve learned a lot, and had a great day with Ginetta.”
